The database is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) management
and billing tool. The system combines and links two different areas from controlling
the ISP platforms and users’ services accounts to their financial and invoices status
and follow-up.
It also controls the internal flow of information between the different departments
through a ticketing system. Satisfying the client and rapidly share the information
within the company is a key to success.
The support, system, sales, marketing and accounting departments are connected through
ticketing and follow-up procedures to guarantee the end user satisfaction of the
provided services. Automatic payments through VISA, Master Card, Arab Bank, Cairo
Amman are also integrated within the database system to facilitate the automatic
payments a renewable account to ensure the smooth and continuity of the provided
services.

Store documentation gathered by Al-Haq's fieldwork department which is used in producing
reports, in deciding upon areas in which legal aid and advice is needed, in carrying
out interventions both locally and internationally, in developing the organization
as a major information resource.

It is stocks exchange broker management software. The system organizes
the broker billing and transaction management. It also allows showing the clients
their respective portfolios and their statement of transactions. It enables the
broker calculates its commissions rapidly.
It was initially designed to work with the Palestinian market but it is now serving
for Amman Stock Exchange Market, Dubai Financial Market and Abu Dhabi FM.
